Displacement Vector Plots

Various types of displacement vector plots are available in PISA. The displacement plots provide a visual effect on the mechanism of deformation of the structure. Horizontal, vertical and resultant displacements can be plotted according to a scale specified by the user. Total or incremental displacements can be plotted to show incremental changes between steps. PISA recognizes the nodes and elements which are active and inactive and only plots those nodes and elements which are active at a particular step. A displacement scale is provided for measuring the amount of displacement.
